The Guilford Township Board of Trustees regularly meets on the second Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 1973 W. Rawlins Road.
In the event any monthly meeting cannot be held on the regularly scheduled date (for example, due to severe weather), the Board of Trustees will meet the following day (Tuesday) at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall. Due to requirements to notify the public of a change to the regular meeting date, the purpose of establishing the alternate meeting date is so that the Board of Trustees may conduct Township business in a timely manner.
Barring any complications, monthly meeting Agendas are posted on the Township's website by noon the Saturday prior to the meeting. Agendas are also posted on the Town Hall bulletin board not less than 48 hours prior to the meeting.
